We are experienced and can perform most investigative medical procedures and surgical procedures that are available to your pet. Again many other vets do not have the facilities or experience to be able to perform more complex investigations such as fracture repair, spinal surgery, chest surgery, endoscopy, or cardiac (heart) ultrasound scans.
We can make direct insurance claims for any invoices over £750.00 taking the financial strain away when your pet is ill.
Both our Ealing and Hounslow surgeries are training centres for veterinary nurses. This ensures high standards of nursing care are maintained if your pet has to stay with us. We value our nurses highly, and we think you will too.
We have air conditioned kennels for your pets, and can hospitalise your pets overnight at our Ealing and Hounslow surgeries. Some vet practices are not able to do this and may need to send sick pets home or elsewhere at night.
If surgery is necessary for your pet we make pain relief a priority, using multimodal pain killers before, during and after surgeries. We use a scientifically recognised pain scoring system to ensure that even though your pet can’t tell us, we are sure they have the most effective pain killing treatments.
